All of the staff members were attentive and excellent. It was nice to have neat and brand-new room with a spectacular view.

The breakfast looked good and fine, with fresh green juice, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it. The staff were helpful and very attentive, everything was very good.

Excellent location, very close to Reforma.

Breakfast was often chaotic, there were seldom tables available. Cutlery was not available, tables were not cleared. The restaurant was too small when the Hotel was busy. The staff did not give the appearance of being friendly, they appeared aloof and uninterested in helping. The walls between rooms were thin and you could hear the activities of other guests. You could also hear the guests in the rooms above and walking along the corridors above. I would recommend it but guests should be aware of the above comments.

The hotel's location on the Reforma square is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It's also conveniently close to both the historical area and trendy neighborhoods like Polanco and Roma. The rooms are clean and modern, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfasts are rather good with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel could improve its Wi-Fi connection.
